  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days and include Airport meet and greet, waiting time*, parking or toll charges. Gratuities are at the Customer’s discretion.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs does not apply any charges for flight delays. For all airport pick-ups, we monitor the flight and adjust the requested pick-up time based on the actual flight landing time. This ensures that the driver is present in the arrival hall at the appropriate time.

For Airport pick-ups, the Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs booking form includes:

  • Flight Landing time: The scheduled landing time of your flight
  • Requested pick-up time: The number of minutes after the landing time when you would like to be picked up
  • After the requested pick-up time, there is a 30-minute FREE waiting time at the airport. Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, holding a name board with your name on it, and will accompany you to the vehicle. If you realize that you will not be able to meet the driver within the 30 minutes, please contact us.
  • Extra Time Charge:
  • 0 – 20 minutes: £10.00
  • 20 – 40 minutes: £15.00
  • 40 – 60 minutes: £20.00
  • 60 – 75 minutes: £25.00
  • 75 – 90 minutes: £35.00
  • If you are unable to locate your driver and seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs to resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based on the service booked. To contact us, please call +44 (0)7958512431.

Hotel and Address Pick-up Rules:

  • We allow a 15-minute FREE waiting time for hotel and address pick-ups.

Cruise / Ferry Port Pickup Rules:

  • We allow 30 minutes of free waiting time from the requested pick-up time at the Cruise and Ferry Ports.

Train Station Pickup Rules:

  • For domestic trains, the driver will hold a passenger name board 5 minutes after the train’s arrival time, and there will be an extra 30 minutes of FREE waiting time. For “Eurostar” arrivals, there is 45 minutes of FREE waiting time.
  • Once the FREE waiting times have expired, all other pickups mentioned above will be considered a no-show and invoiced accordingly.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs will provide one child seat free of charge for peace of mind, as London private hire vehicles are exempt from this law. If the driver does not provide the correct child car seat, children can travel without one but only if they travel on a rear seat and wear an adult seat belt if they’re 3 or older, or without a seat belt if they’re under 3. Children can travel without a child car seat in private hire vehicles.
  • Cancellation notice periods and fees are as follows:
  • FREE cancellation if made more than 12 hours before the transfer time. Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs will only charge a £10.00 administration fee for the refund, as this covers the processing fee charged by the Merchant account.
  • 50% cancellation charge if cancellation is made between 4 and 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • 100% cancellation charge if cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
  • REFUNDS may take up to 15 working days to process.
  • If a customer does not show up for a ride, we will consider it a no-show and charge the full amount of the booking. Waiting times and pickup rules are listed in clause two of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs cannot be held responsible for any late arrivals at the destination, airport, or cruise port. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for missed flights or ships.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs shall not be liable to the Customer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) arising from a breach by the Company of these terms and conditions.
  • In the event of any claim against Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs arising from the performance of the hire, the Company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. Any other payments will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs does not accept online bookings made within 2 hours of the transfer time.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property, regardless of how such loss or damage is caused. If any property is left in a vehicle, we will gladly arrange for the return of such items if you cover the postage and packaging costs.
  • All our vehicles are non-smoking.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs reserves the right to charge passengers a £15 supplement if excess luggage requires it to be placed inside the vehicle (at the driver’s discretion and consent).
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs will charge a vehicle valeting fee of £60.00 for any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer (e.g., spilling liquids or food, vomiting).
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passengers who behave in a disorderly, threatening, or abusive manner.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs reserves the right to charge the customer an additional fee of £1.45 per mile if the customer requests a different route than the one prescribed by Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs.
  • If you wish to directly hire or employ a Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs driver, we reserve the right to levy a £2,000 fee to cover the costs of recruiting and training the driver.
  • Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs accepts cash and most credit cards as payment methods. There is no additional charge for credit card payments.
  • Payments are secure: Heathrow Nexus Chauffeurs does not store your credit card details in any way. Payments are made using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with high-level encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
